Theology and Leadership Post
This forum is in preparation of our conversation about the intersection of theology and leadership on November 11. It also helps you to begin to prepare for your final paper.
This week -- you are to find and share a theological quote that represents a theological conviction of yours. After that, write 250-400 words that reflect on what this quote/theological conviction means for leadership. Try to reflect both on the "upside" and "downside" of this conviction for your leadership. Also, provide appropriate attribution for your quote.
You are also to comment on at least two other posts -- providing feedback and additional insight on what this means for leadership.
This is not a forum to debate the theological conviction -- it is to practice making the connection between theology and leadership choices.
