Turn an open hear, Creator of heaven and earth and all that is within it. You who has placed each star in the sky, each grain of sand on the earth and told the waters where they can go.
Hear our cries to restore us back to a sense of normalcy.
This virus dispersed among us has changed our lives completely. We are confused, lost, deserted. Do we need to continue to suffer loneliness and uncertainty?
How long must this all last?
You call us to be gathered as the body, yet we cannot gather. Have the wicked strayed so far from your truth that we must remain separated?
As for us, your people, we will remain obedient to the ways you lay before us. We will turn ourselves back to you.
Lord, we need you now more than ever to reach one another. May you guide our relationships to continue to grow, with you and with one another.
Come and deliver us from this time of uncertainty. Pour out hope for the future that is yet to come. Show us a time when we can gather together, when you're people are healed.
Praise your Holy Name for bringing us together though we are apart. Thank you for the healing of your people and your land.
Hear our cries, restore a new normalcy among your people that we may be more fully turned to you.
