My name is Beth Eustis, I am married to Alex and have two amazing sons, Nick and Ben. I am a 15 year member of the United Church of Christ at Valley Forge, but it is only in the last 5 years that my trust in God has really grown. In what feels like a past life now, I did theater for 35 years, including 7 in New York.
The video felt really weird to me until the end, when it hit me that this company is there for your company, helping you "build your airplane" even once you have your company "off the ground". Supporting you and your company and helping you grow. To me, a leader is someone who nurtures you. A good boss, or in my case, a good acting teacher, is one who doesn't belittle his employees/students, but works with them to help them grow. That is what has always worked best for me. My pastor has served that role for me in my church, nurturing me, helping my faith to grow.
