My name is Mike Byrd. Three things that you should know about me are:
1. Jesus is my Lord and Savior
2. I Love my family, my wife and I just celebrated our 31st wedding anniversary this week and we have two wonderful boys who are both married to two wonderful wives. We also have 4 beautiful grand children. I am their Pop-pop.
3. I am currently an Associate Pastor for Bethany United Methodist Church in Allentown Pa. This is my second career after serving and retiring from the United States Marine Corps for 24 years.
The one thing I learned from the video was the passion of everyone working together for one goal to build an aircraft while flying. After serving in the aviation field for over 24 years, I had to laugh and shake my head and ask the question, is this for real? Seriously, no matter what the situation, concern, or problem, EDS will work through anything with passion and skill to accomplish the mission. Everyone is working together as a team and believes in the vision.
