Hispanic Ministry.
About the EDS Airplane.
To build a family, a community, a church, a nation or ourselves, like an airplane we don't need just good will...we need vision, mission, purpose, commitment, passion, a plan, etc. I think, beyond a good manager, a leader, an entreleader, etc.
Lead like Jesus is a big deal, a great challenge, so, I'm very exited to learn more about effective leadership...to be a real Servant Leader!
