Hello All! Betsy here.
Three things you should know about me are:
1. I'm what I call a "chatty introvert." I'll talk to just about anyone at anytime (when appropriate), but I also look forward to a significant amount of alone time. And when it's time to shut up, I'll shut up and try to get those around me to do so as well.
2. I am ridiculously sensitive...especially when it comes to animals. In other words, I cry easily and don't show me pictures of sad dogs...ever.
3. I'm a middle child. I can almost always see both sides of any confrontation. I watch both the Daily Show and the Kelly File. I also try to always fix things between people. It's a blessing and a curse.
As for the video, it appears at first that there is no leadership. What you realize at the end, though, is that the leadership is taking place elsewhere, not on the airplane.
