Celso, you certainly emphasize a high level of self awareness and self-responsibility. I appreciate how you identified the need to change within yourself first. Also, that this change requires 'risk' is probably why it is difficult for people to change. With your self-awareness you even pointed out how you seek to listen more aptly to those you lead as well as your 'neighbors' in order to best live out Jesus' command to 'love they neighbor.' Interesting that you noted how listening leads to both empathy and understanding in a way that can deepen relationships. This is a very humbling thought to listen for the sake of others. You also seem to emphasize a great deal of humility by not assuming that problems strictly lie outside of oneself but are a part of the individual as well.
